14-Day Return Policy
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

It must be in the same condition as when you received it.

The item should be unused, with tags still attached.

It must be in its original packaging.

You'll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Byron Lifestyle Co are happy to exchange or refund your purchase if your goods are faulty. Refunds are offered for faulty products only. The customer shall inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify us in writing if the goods are faulty.
Please notify us and request for a Return Authorisation within 14 days. We will immediately send you a Return Authorisation Form & Number together with a return checklist and instructions. Any goods returned to Byron Lifestyle Co accompanied without a Return Authorisation Form & Number will be rejected at the door by our warehouse.
Return Authorisation Numbers are only valid for 7 days, so we must receive the returned product into our store within this period; otherwise, the return may not be accepted. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all products are suitably packaged in order to prevent damage during return shipping. A copy of the invoice, or other proof of purchase, must be included with the returned product, as well as the approved Return Authorisation form sent to you by Byron Lifestyle Co Support.
Can I exchange an item?
We are happy to offer store credit/exchanges for change of mind returns provided they are unused and in original condition within 14 days of receipt of item. Please note - our Elastic Tablecloth measurements are clearly defined on our product page. We will not issue refunds for this product unless faulty.
Are There Charges to Return Items?
The buyer is responsible for the cost of return/resupply shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Cancellations
You may request cancellation of your order if it has not been processed yet. Our sales team must be advised immediately if you wish to cancel your order otherwise cancellation will not be accepted. Once your order has been processed, we do not allow cancellation of orders due to a customer change of mind, or if you have incorrectly ordered a product and request for a refund.
