If the item is in stock and the order is received before 2pm AEDT on a business day, it will be shipped out the same day. If your order is placed after 2pm, it will be dispatched the next day. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays are processed and shipped the following business day.

Standard Shipping Delivery via Australia Post is 3 - 6 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Express Shipping Delivery via StarTrack is 1 - 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). This covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office Boxes.

We accept a range of payment options for your convenience. Our accepted methods include major credit cards, PayPal, Shopify Pay and Google Pay.

We offer a flat rate of $19.99 for Express Shipping Delivery via StarTrack and Standard Shipping Delivery via Australia Post is at a flat rate of $9.99.

We also offer FREE Standard Shipping for all orders over $150.

Our warehouse team operates from a private warehouse that is not accessible to the public, so unfortunately we do not provide pickup services.

Every order is shipped using Australia Post's signature on the delivery service. If you are not available during delivery, an Australia Post representative will leave a card with instructions for pickup from the nearest post office. The post office will hold your order for 10 business days. If the order is not collected within this timeframe, it will be returned to our warehouse. We suggest selecting a delivery location where someone is available to sign, such as your workplace.

It's important to review. your address for accuracy during the ordering process, as our dispatch team operates from a separate warehouse, and once orders are finalised, we cannot add to, cancel, or modify them. If your order has already been dispatched, you have the option to submit a redirection request through Australia Post.

Unfortunately, we don't provide gift-wrapping or card services. However, we've made sure that the product packaging inside the parcel is aesthetically pleasing.
